(Need weights / band / resistance).
A full body toning workout.

Wednesday 9.00am Core
(Blend of Pilates and dynamic mat work).

Friday 9.00am Circuits and Tabata

Saturday 9.00am Body Blitz
(Kit can be adapted).
Fat burning class.

All classes are 45 minutes.
