You only live once and I am passionate about living well. To me that means balance, good food and good times.

I think people struggle to maintain healthy living because of busy lifestyles and high unrealistic expectations. You won’t find that here, I want to make things easier, improve confidence and if you have specific goals I want to help you get there.  It is total body therapy approach because that is what modern living requires.

Jen is an amazing personal trainer. Coming from a dance background, I really didn’t enjoy going to the gym and put off going for years. Within a couple of sessions with Jen I was loving it and looking forward to the next.

Jen is helping me lose weight, improve my fitness, adapt my eating habits and giving me more self confidence. She puts me at ease straight away and pushes me every week,to keep me on track to reach my goals, as well as making me feel comfortable within a gym environment. She adapts our training sessions to suit what works best for me and to what I enjoy. Her bubbly personality keeps me going, when I would usually give up.

Nearly 2 years ago I was feeling unhappy with my weight & general fitness and I decided after the Christmas I was going to do something about it. My plan was to join a slimming class to help with weight loss, but I didn’t really have a plan for sorting out my fitness issue. Luckily, one day a flyer dropped onto my mat about a ladies only cardio & core class being held at my local church. I thought ‘why not!’. So I gave the number a ring, and I would say I’ve never looked back. Jen has not only changed my outlook on personal exercise, but also on diet, and general well-being. I achieved my weight goal, which I know was with the help of Jen’s class and her introducing me to various healthier, tastier food options which I would never have tried.

Jen is one of the most patience, considerate, kind & competent personal trainers i know. She’s extremely knowledgeable and pushes you to help you achieve your goal in such a lovely way. The local church class ended, but my respect for Jen made me join the gym she now gives a class at. I’ve never ever had a gym membership before, and to be honest thought I was past it, but again with Jen’s positivity and support I made the decision and joined. It’s been a great decision for me, one which I’d never have done if it wasn’t for Jen.

I can’t recommend Jen enough to anyone who wants a personal trainer, or indeed just a really lovely lady who is willing to help you feel good about yourself in any way she can.
